Our Loyalty Program uses purchase and account activity recorded through our point-of-sale and loyalty systems to calculate rewards and manage redemptions. Reward rates and eligibility are described in the program information provided when you enroll or shop.

When you opt in to promotional emails, we may send news about products, discounts, and events. The signup process includes confirmation that you are at least 21 years old and consent to receive those emails. Simply browsing our website or submitting a general inquiry does not automatically subscribe you.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop nonpromotional messages needed to respond to an inquiry or handle an order or account request.

We do not currently send SMS marketing messages.

Online Ordering Through Flowhub

We provide access to Flowhub's third-party platform for product browsing and online pickup orders. Information you submit through that platform may include your name, contact information, date of birth, and order details, depending on the checkout process.

Cannabis Maximus receives information needed to manage and fulfill your order. This policy applies to our handling of that information. Flowhub's own processing is also described in the Flowhub Privacy Policy.

Age and identity verification may be required in connection with a purchase. Showing identification does not necessarily mean a copy of your identification is stored. Please ask us if you have questions about the verification process before providing documents.

Service Providers & Information Sharing

We use service providers to support website hosting, forms, customer communications, online ordering, point-of-sale operations, analytics, and loyalty administration.

These include Alpine IQ (AIQ) and our point-of-sale provider for loyalty and purchase tracking, Flowhub for online ordering, and providers supporting our website and email communications. Depending on their role, providers may process contact information, purchase history, loyalty activity, communication preferences, and usage information. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to protect our rights, address fraud, or protect people's safety.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Disclosures needed to provide the services described in this policy are separate from selling information or sharing it for that advertising purpose.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including administering loyalty accounts, handling orders and inquiries, meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements, and resolving disputes.

Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is held. A deletion request may not result in immediate removal of records we must retain by law or for another permitted purpose. We may retain limited information needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
