These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using the Cannabis Maximus website at cannabismaximus.com and the conditions applicable to our online pickup ordering and Loyalty Program. They also provide information about our retail purchase policies.

Please review these terms before using our services. Additional terms disclosed and agreed to during enrollment, ordering, or purchase may apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Eligibility & Identification

Our adult-use website content and promotional Loyalty Program are intended for adults age 21 and older. Adult-use cannabis purchases require you to be at least 21 and to present valid government-issued identification for age verification.

Medical-program transactions are subject to separate Vermont patient and caregiver eligibility, registration, identification, and access requirements. The adult-use age requirement does not replace those rules. Contact our team for information about medical-program access and the documentation required for your visit.

We may decline a transaction when eligibility or identity cannot be verified or when completing the transaction would violate applicable law.

Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when contacting us, creating an account, or submitting an order.

You must not:

Attempt to access systems, accounts, or information without authorization.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with website security or operation.
Impersonate another person or submit fraudulent information.
Use automated tools to bypass access restrictions, harvest personal information, or disrupt the website.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.

Online Ordering & Pickup

Online pickup ordering is facilitated through Flowhub, a third-party platform. Orders are subject to inventory availability, verification, applicable purchase limits, and acceptance by Cannabis Maximus.

For standard adult-use pickup orders:

The purchase is completed in person at our retail location.
Bring valid government-issued identification matching the order information.
Payment is made in-store; our standard pickup checkout does not accept online payment for cannabis products.
An order submission or automated acknowledgment does not guarantee that every requested item is available or that the sale can be completed.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, inaccurate information, a pricing error, an inability to verify eligibility, or a legal requirement. Any proposed substitution or price change will be presented for your approval before completing the purchase.

We do not offer delivery for adult-use orders. Any medical-program service must be arranged separately with our team and meet applicable program requirements; this website does not promise medical delivery availability.

Product Information, Availability & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, hours, and availability accurate. Inventory and offers may change, and occasional errors may occur. Product images are illustrative, and packaging or batch information may vary.

Please review the product label and confirm the final price, applicable taxes, and any disclosed fees before completing your purchase. We may correct errors or limit quantities before a sale is completed, subject to applicable law. Website updates do not, by themselves, change a completed purchase.

All purchases are subject to the limits applicable to the customer and transaction under Vermont law.

Payment Methods & Gift Cards

We accept cash, debit cards, and Cannabis Maximus gift cards, subject to applicable payment-system availability and gift-card terms. An ATM is available on-site.

Any applicable transaction or ATM fees should be reviewed before you authorize payment or withdraw funds. Gift-card use is subject to the terms provided with the card and applicable law. Promotional loyalty points are separate from purchased gift-card balances.

Loyalty Program

Participation is voluntary. Please provide accurate enrollment information and maintain only one loyalty account per person.

Rewards are earned at the rate advertised for the qualifying purchase or promotion.
Eligibility, exclusions, and redemption conditions are those disclosed for the applicable program or offer.
Promotional points are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
We may investigate and correct points credited in error and restrict accounts used for fraud, duplicate enrollment, or program abuse.

We may update or discontinue the program with notice appropriate to the change and as required by law. Changes affecting previously earned rewards will be handled consistently with applicable law and the terms under which those rewards were earned.

Marketing email preferences are handled separately from acceptance of these terms. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in an email or by contacting us.

Returns, Product Concerns & Recalls

Our store policy is that cannabis purchases are generally final, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If you believe a product is defective, damaged, mislabeled, recalled, or different from what you purchased, contact us promptly with your receipt or order details. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution consistent with applicable law.

Please contact us before bringing cannabis products back to the store. Follow any applicable recall instructions and stop using a product you reasonably suspect is unsafe.

This policy does not exclude warranties, refunds, replacements, or other remedies required by law.

Legal Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with laws governing your purchase, possession, storage, transport, and use of cannabis. A lawful Vermont purchase does not authorize conduct prohibited elsewhere or under federal law.

Do not transport cannabis across state lines or operate a vehicle while impaired. Do not sell or supply cannabis unlawfully. Observe applicable restrictions on where cannabis may be used.

Product Safety & Medical Information

Cannabis can cause intoxication and impairment, and individual effects vary. Read product labels and warnings, store products securely away from children and pets, and do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.

Website content and general product information are not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Consult a qualified professional about medical questions, medication interactions, or whether cannabis is appropriate for you.

We do not guarantee a particular health outcome or individual effect. These safety statements do not release Cannabis Maximus from responsibilities imposed by law.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other materials are owned by Cannabis Maximus or used with permission from their respective owners. Third-party brands and product materials remain the property of their owners.

You may view and print website content for personal, noncommercial use while retaining ownership notices. Other copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Platforms & Privacy

Our website may link to or use services such as Flowhub for ordering and Alpine IQ for loyalty administration. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party platform availability or every aspect of their operation. If a platform problem affects an order or loyalty account, please contact us for assistance. Use of a third-party platform does not remove responsibilities that Cannabis Maximus has under applicable law.
